The August editorial features the annual Metro Creative Services' "Dining & Entertaining Guide" and the "Home Interiors Guide". Check out these great tips for making your life easier and safer. As the economy continues to worsen, both here and throughout the world, many of these tips will also help you save money.

August Special Events

Caribbean Community Theatre will produce "The Lone Star Love Potion" – an American Farce by Michael Parker, Director: Debby Babb, as the final show of the 2007-2008 season. Show dates: August 1, 2. Friday & Saturday at 8 PM, August 3, 2008 Sunday Matinee at 4 PM.

Sunset Jazz on the Waterfront of Frederiksted, 6:00-8:00 PM August 15. The Caribbean Museum Center for the Arts holds a Wine & Cheese Party across the street during Sunset Jazz.

St. Croix Landmarks Summer Concert Series "World Music Concert" will be held on August 16th on the Whim Museum Outdoor Stage.

Most schools will be opening the last week of August or first week of September. Drive safely as our children return to school.
